Acer Palmatum Group: Matsumurae - Red

This small, upright tree has large seven-lobed moderately deeply divided leaves. The lobes are ovate with variably toothed margins. Spring leaves are a bright pink-red becoming purple-red for summer, then turning orange-scarlet in the fall.
