Acer Palmatum Group: Green

The bright pea green bark on twigs, with small branches and limbs is the outstanding feature of this cultivar and is often known as ‘green coral’. Has a typical palmatum leaf with five to seven lobes which are medium sized. The bright green becomes a pleasing yellow in the autumn. The brilliance of the stem is surprising for a green tone and when planted next to Sanko Kuku gives a stunning effect. The colours of the stem are most vivid in the winter.
